How to Reactivate Your Tech Data Account

After six consecutive months of no sales activity, Tech Data customer accounts are suspended. To re-establish your account, a credit application must be completed. The administration fee to process your request is $200. The fee is payable with the company cardholder's Visa or Mastercard. Until July 31st, 2008, we are waiving the administration fee!

Step 1

Complete the following forms:

• Customer Reactivation Form (PDF) Until July 31st, 2008, you will not be charged the administration fee
• The PST exemption form (or Business Registration Form)
• e-Commerce User Agreement

Step 2

After you have completed the above forms, fax them (along with any other necessary documentation) to (905) 286-6868.

Our Tech Data Credit Representatives will review your application and contact you within one business day to inform you of the status of your account.
