Process: Must have at least 2 staff members complete the
Networked Telephony Specialist certification course, complete the on-line NBX
Authorized Partner Agreement and NBX Capabilities Audit. Once approved, Reseller
must purchase a NBX demo system and spares.
Processing Time:
Varies depending on training.
Requirements / Notes: Application takes approximately
30-60 minutes to complete. Reseller must provide 24 hour customer support and have 4 hour on-site response.
