This Code of Ethics establishes standards of behavior
for all associates, officers and directors of the company and other
representatives while acting on behalf of the company.
Wherever we do
business, associates are required to comply with all authorized
commitments, applicable laws, regulations and policies. Failure to
comply can have serious consequences for the company and its
associates including fines, termination and the loss of reputation and
business.
