Our Hiring Process
To join the Tech Data team, start by searching our Careers site and applying for the
role(s) in which you are most interested.
Once you have applied, your resume and application will be reviewed by one of our
recruiters.
If you are selected to move forward in the process, you will either have an
opportunity to complete a video interview or schedule a phone interview.
If selected to move on to the next phase of the hiring process, we will contact you
for an onsite interview. For candidates interviewing for Clearwater-based positions,
our physical building address is 16202 Bay Vista Drive, Clearwater, FL.
If selected for a role, you will be contacted by our Human Resources department with
an offer.
For all new hires, Tech Data conducts a background check and drug screen, which
typically takes 5-7 days to complete.
New hires are enrolled in Tech Data's New Employee Orientation class, which begins
their on-boarding experience.
Candidates not selected will be notified.
