The Tech Data Mobile Solutions Reseller Portal gives resellers a gateway to the mobility program and tools to maximize efficiency. Here's a sample of the dynamic tools designed to help you be successful.

Order Tracking
View all past and current orders and track the status of deployment. All necessary information, including name, end user, PO number, order date, order type, order status and tracking numbers, is provided. You'll also be able to filter these fields to provide a customized view that you can download to an Excel file or PDF.

Commission Management
The commission management tool lets you calculate potential commission on carrier voice and data plans. Additionally, after the activation is completed, you can track payment processing.

Carrier Coverage Maps
To help determine which carrier provides the best coverage for the end user's location, the reseller portal provides carrier coverage maps. When you supply the carrier of interest and applicable ZIP code, an appropriate map will populate.

Outstanding Balance Report
The outstanding balance report allows you to view customer credits or overage charges to collect or allocate associated funds. This tool also provides a last renewal date, preparing you to create the next quote and properly service the end user gaining the renewal.
