There are multiple ways to find products - enter a keyword directly into the search bar at the top of your screen, browse product categories using the Catalog plug on the main dashboard us use the Product Categories link under the Buy dropdown.

The service can be found by selecting the Services drop down menu, Logistics and then Private Label Delivery or navigate there by using this link.

How can I make Blind Packaging my default shipping option?

If you wish to make Blind Packaging your default shipping option for all orders, this can be set in your Site Options under the Account drop down.

How can I filter out Latin America SKU’s from my product catalog or change my pricing level?

Default market and pricing level can be defined in Site Options under the Account drop down. It can also be set per session in search results or your shopping cart.

Where can I find information on how to become authorized to sell a particular vendor line?

A link to Business Partner authorization programs can be found on the TDCustomerCare page or navigate there by using this link.

What is the price I see when I’m not logged in?

MSRP or manufacturer’s suggested retail price is displayed to users not logged in. Log in to view your Tech Data pricing in addition to MSRP.
