Customers with an active subscription to Microsoft online services, obtained through a Tech Data reseller, are eligible for Tech Data Cloud Support for services labelled as "Supported Product". This includes Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics, and any other online services that Microsoft offers as part of their support services.

Customer Support Services


Tech Data offers technical and account support services to its resellers and customers.
 

This includes the following:
 

  • Describing the capabilities of different CSP services.
  • Answering pricing and usage questions.
  • Providing billing and subscription support.
  • Offering provisioning and deployment assistance.
  • Resolving issues related to performance, service availability, incomplete software integration, or deployment via toll-free channel communication paths.
     

The Service Level Agreement (SLA) for trouble tickets is based on the priority of the issue.
