Jyotika joined the TechData team in September 2020 to lead the APAC Transformation Office. With her strong leadership skills, Jyotika looks to put APAC on the path of leading edge processes , tools and capabilities along-with leading the change charter. She is a senior management professional who has been driving strategic roadmaps, key transformation projects that straddle; business structure, automation digitisation, governance models and KPI frameworks. Her charter also includes change management, project management, workforce transformations, and customer insight and data analytics programs, across the globe with a focus on Asia markets.
Jyotika has a proven track record in leading transformations and has been well recognized for converting innovative ideas into action plans, contributing to value creation.
Jyotika last served with HPI and has nearly two decades of experience in the Technology field and prominent financial and market insights organisations with expertise in strategy, channel, services, and management.
She holds a Masters degree in Marketing and has people at the heart of everything she does.
