Tech Data Announces Amanda Lettmann as Vice President of Global Customer Experience

Experienced tech executive with demonstrated business and digital transformation experience joins Tech Data to build new Customer Experience Management Practice 


CLEARWATER, Fla., Tech Data, a leading global IT distributor and solutions aggregator, announced today that Amanda Lettmann joined the company as the global vice president of customer experience. Amanda will guide the global strategic direction of the customer experience management (CXM) practice, working to scale customer-centricity, and transform real-time insights for predictive engagement and innovation across Tech Data. Lettmann brings 24 years of experience in business and digital transformation, customer experience operations and omni-channel strategy.

Lettmann joins Tech Data after holding global enterprise leadership positions at Dexcom, Adobe Systems and Dell/EMC, where she oversaw global business transformation, customer experience operations, and mergers and acquisition integrations. She has lead business solutions consultancies for both the public and private sectors, and additionally has served in the technology startup and SMB markets as an operations officer, customer growth strategist, and technology innovation advisor.

Lettmann holds an MBA in Technology Management and certifications in Program Management, Business Change Management, and Lean Six Sigma.  Having served on Active Duty, Amanda is a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
