Karly oversees Tech Data Distribution’s local business and heads a dedicated team of sales and product managers. Her team currently supervises more than 50 leading IT brands in the consumer, enterprise & lifestyle product range, and aspires to gain higher shares among key vendors.
With Karly’s global vision and international exposure, she is newly entitled as the lead for APAC Endpoint Solutions (ES) business development and growth. She will be responsible for growing our ES portfolio and strategy across the region.
Prior to her current role, she has been the Marketing Director of SiS International Limited, responsible for formulating and executing Product Sales Strategies, as well as managing overall operations. In 2014, Karly served as SiS International Limited’s Marketing & Operations Director after it was taken over by the Jardine Matheson Group and renamed to IXIX Distribution Limited. Later in July 2015, Innovix Distribution Hong Kong was founded under the consolidation of IXIX Distribution Ltd and JOS Distribution. Karly was appointed as its Managing Director. Until October 2020, Innovix Distribution Hong Kong was acquired by Tech Data Group and Karly has officially become our staunch ally.
With her outstanding academic background in the Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba, Canada and over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Karly specializes in product marketing management in IT distribution, and has considerable expertise in computers and software products.
