Same-Day Shipping
Our Miami distribution center has the best stocked warehouse in the region, and its strategic location allows us to meet the strictest shipping demands.
If you are an Exporter based in the U.S. and your order is received by 12:00 noon (Eastern time), Tech Data will ship the product the same day, provided that your account is in good standing and the order is free of credit holds and other complications.
Same-Day Delivery
Orders of US$5,000 or more that are received free of holds before noon and whose destination is within 50 miles of our Miami distribution center, can be delivered the same day.
Drop Shipment
For qualified resellers, Tech Data can drop-ship product to your business location directly from the manufacturer.
Fulfillment
If necessary, Tech Data can ship directly to your customer on your behalf. The order will be shipped in an unmarked box with a generic packaging slip referencing your sale to your customer. You will be invoiced separately. Free freight program to Puerto Rico.

Returns: International Call Tag Service
In some instances, Tech Data can bring back to Miami products that need to be returned due to Sales or Reseller's error, or while product is covered by Tech Data's warranty.
This service is available worldwide. It offers low freight costs and enhanced logistics services. We recommend that you ask for it anytime you request an RMA.
